Mainland China Business Development Carbon Wheels （Germany + China)
- Development and setup the Distributor network in China for the Aftermarket Brand for the Carbon Fiber Wheel for Cars and Sport Motorbikes
- Promote the German Brand for the China Car OEMs
- Development and execution of key account plans
- Marketing for the Brand
- Organize, coordinate the Events and Shows
- Promote the brand via the local social networks and maintenance the social media
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity and provide timely feedback to the Company
- Active participation in trade show events and regional channel partner events (Macau Moto GP,..)
- Develop business plans for the Action Composites product portfolio in the mainland China market in close co-operation with our Distributor with a mindset of continuous improvement.
- BS or BA degree is required. MBA degree is desired.
- Experiences in Business Development for Wheels or another Aftermarket Automotive Business
- Understands the culture of global companies and working remotely
- Self-motivated, develops detailed plans and executes effectively.
- Ability to develop go to market strategy for new products, new offices in a high-tech environment.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills required
- Knowledge about Automotive OEM Key Account Management
- Computer Skills about MS and Marketing software and social media
- Good leadership skill on communication, presentation
- Effective English communicator
- Position located in any major city in China
- Fluent in Mandarin
