Sales/Customer Service Leader Automotive (m/f)
- RManaging sales/CS team.
- Coordinating with production, tracking production status in time.
- Arranging works from PO receiving to FG shipping and following the status
- Communicating closely with customer and also shipping forwarder.
- Working with company internal team to deal with claim and complain
- Enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Following and pushing to get AR from customer end.
- Knowledge and work experience in this job.
- Proficient English (meanwhile knowing German or Japanese is plus).
- Good communication skill and able to work under pressure.
- Knowing automotive industry is preferred.
