Sales/Customer Service Leader Automotive (m/f)

Responsibilities: 

  • RManaging sales/CS team.
  • Coordinating with production, tracking production status in time.
  • Arranging works from PO receiving to FG shipping and following the status
  • Communicating closely with customer and also shipping forwarder.
  • Working with company internal team to deal with claim and complain
  • Enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Following and pushing to get AR from customer end.

 

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge and work experience in this job.
  • Proficient English (meanwhile knowing German or Japanese is plus).
  • Good communication skill and able to work under pressure.
  • Knowing automotive industry is preferred.
