Job Description 

  • Process order entry in ERP system, ensure these entries are accurate.

  • Prepare shipping documents, proceed freight booking, liaise with MPL, production, warehouse, customs, and forwarders to ensure delivery of outgoing shipments are picked up on time.

  • Send invoice or other bills to customer and track receivables timely. Write off invoice in ERP based on received payment.

  • Communicate with customer for shipping schedule, forecast, and any other demand or emergency.

  • Pass customer demand to MPL department timely and accurately, make sure they fully understand, and input into production plan correctly.

  • Maintain different kinds of reports and record.

  • Monitor production status by checking system report and communicating with MPL, Production, to ensure customer requested shipping plan can be achieved.

  • Assist in investigation of customer complaints, handle return and exchange.

  • Attend CFT meetings, understand meeting subject, and take actions according to meeting minutes.

Job Requirement 

  • Good command in English reading, writing, and listening, speaking is a plus.
  • 3 years or above Experience in customer service/logistics
  • Experience in working with ERP
  • Proficiency in MS Office Products (Word, Excel, Power Point).
  • Work experience in international company or organization is preferable.
  • Thử việc: 60 days
