Job Description 

  • Manage information technology and computer systems

  • Plan, organize, control, and evaluate IT and electronic data operations

  • Manage IT staff by recruiting, training, and coaching employees, communicating job expectations, and appraising their performance\

  • Design, develop, implement, and coordinate systems, policies, and procedures

  • Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems

  • Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy

  • Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time

  • Audit systems and assess their outcomes

  • Preserve assets, information security and control structures

  • Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness

  • Manage Server system, Service of SQL, SAP, MES.

  • Thử việc: 60 days

  • Thời gian làm việc: from Monday to Saturday, Note: 2 Saturday off/ month.

Job Requirement 

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher an Information Technology Engineering.
  • Experience 5-7 years in this position or similar position
  • Manage and assign IT task to IT staffs and operate IT system and support users as requirement.
  • Knowledge in SAP, MES, WMS, CCNA, CCNB, MCSA, MCSE, Windows server, Linux, Domain, Security+, Server, MS SQL Database, Backup/restore, Antivirus, MS system, ISO27001, WAN, LAN, Camera, and VMWare skill
  • Knowledge in VBScript, Java, JavaScript, JQuery, XML, PHP, Objective C and MySQL.
  • Manage software and hardware team also build up IT team in production environment.
  • Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation
  • Manage IT staff by recruiting, training, and coaching employees, communicating job expectations, and appraising their performance.
  • Responsibility and co-operate with internal/external operation the IT system works well and smoothly.
  • Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness
  • Plan, organize, control, and evaluate IT and electronic data operations
  • Design, develop, implement, and coordinate systems, policies and procedures
  • Orientation and develop IT team and advise IT solution for BOD
  • Searching and update new technology and cooperate with vendor to solve IT problem
  • Have a good systematic thinking, analytical skill
  • Able to work under pressure, hard work, honest and have a positive mindset and Ability to manage personnel
  • Good MS Office skill.
  • Good English Communication skill
