Job Description 

  • This position will be provided shuttle bus from Vung Tau/ Bien Hoa/ District 2/ Thu Duc City to Nhon Trach Industrial Park (40-50 minutes transportation to our Factory)

  • Manage team with 6 members.

  • Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand

  • Determine quantity and timing of deliveries.

  • Seek and partner with reliable vendors and suppliers.

  • Assess, manage, and mitigate risks.

  • Perform cost and scenario analysis, and benchmarking.

  • Forecast price and market trends to identify changes of balance in buyer-supplier power.

  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure clear requirements documentation

  • Craft negotiation strategies and close deals with optimal terms

Job Requirement 

  • University level is required
  • Good at English and strong communication skills.
  • At least 5 years experience working as a purchasing/ procurement/ sourcing manager or Senior Supervisor level in manufacturing companies.
  • Familiarity with sourcing, and manage overseas suppliers. 
  • Experience in purchasing for Automotive Industry.
  • Working experience in an international environment/organization is preferable.(Especially in Euroup market)
  • Purchasing experience in the automotive/ technical/ mechanical/ automation/electronic/ molding/ tooling/ jig manufacturing industry are required
  • Skilled in ERP operation
  • Problem-solving skills in purchasing: shortage material, payment term, delayed shipment, etc.
  • Strong sense of cost and quality.
  • Computer Skills: MS Office, Adobe, internet browsers
