PARTICIPATE: Your tasks
- Supporting RFQ, design, as well process development activities from a tooling perspective by conducting early feasibility reviews
- Be responsible for designing the tooling according to the product manufacturing process and internal specifications
- Ensuring the poka-yoke mechanism is implemented in the design
- Maintaining and continuously refining company tooling standards
- Be responsible for continuously seek opportunities to reduce costs, improve quality and reduce delivery times for tooling
- Should initiate action to prevent the occurrence of product, process, or quality system non-conformance due to tooling design
- Performing any issues delegated by superior
BRING WITH YOU: Your profile
- 2-5 years’ experience working as tooling engineer in a similar industry or mold/tooling making industry
- At least 2 years’ experience in using NX for 3D molding is preferred
- Hands-on experience in the composites manufacturing environment preferred
- At least college degree in engineering or technology, bachelor’s degree preferred
